The chatbot is a local, simulated workflow using fictional sample records and predefined message choices. It does not call an AI service, submit tickets, send messages, or collect contact details. The conversation exists in the page's memory and resets when you reset or leave it.

The site does not record free text searches or chatbot content for analytics. Referral processing accepts only a small list of generic sources, such as Upwork, and the generic proposal campaign. Other query values are ignored by analytics. Avoid adding personal or confidential details to shared URLs.

The server hosting this site receives requests needed to deliver each page. Depending on its configuration, the hosting provider may keep technical logs such as the requested path, IP address, browser information, and errors. This application does not create visitor profiles or manage a personal information database.
